Fine tuning of every aspect of our manufacturing processes continues daily in our 'Lean' culture through implementation of Kaizen techniques. Those techniques are all underpinned by a Quality Management process that has been audited and maintained to ISO 9001 standards since 2006.
Our people are familiar with running Kan Ban or JIT and our systems are built to support those processes, both for the products we take through to final assembly and for our customers that buy only component parts.
