2, 3 and 4 axis CNC machining

Our open plan, well lit, spacious machine shop has a variety of machines, with capability ranging from a two axis lathe through to fully interactive four axis machining centres. These CNC machines are supported by a suite of CAM facilities that supply programs to the machines over Ethernet. This facility is second to none and lies at the heart of our production and prototyping processes.

Our modern, well equipped machine shop can produce:

• Complex turned parts, made in short runs to complement assemblies of components
• Larger accurate chucking jobs in all manner of materials from plastic through to steel and other alloys
• Short prototype runs of milled products
• Production runs made on multi-part fixtures.

All the traditional engineering tools are available and our staff can provide the full range of services needed in most engineering jobs. They bring a high level of hand skills to this area of our work, so that, our modern CNC capability is supported by matching traditional hand skills.

Mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly and testing

If you have a requirement for assembly and all types of testing to your finished assemblies, you can be confident that we can perform this to the most exacting standards, right up to Military Specification.
