Pre-Production

Prototyping and production each have their own particular characteristics and require different management methods and control systems. A smooth transition from a successful prototype through a pre-production phase to full production requires detailed planning.

It's important that the assumptions made about the design of production systems are trialed and reviewed in a pre-production process and typically the various specialists in our management team cooperate with our customers and their design teams so the aims of the original design are achieved.
